BMW X3 2025: Price, exterior, interior, picture.

After a recent update, the facelifted BMW X3 is set to arrive in . A prolific vehicle with versatile and comprehensive efforts, the X3 has already established itself as a car that has both excellent performance and premium offerings and excellent fuel efficiency. The version plans to expand on all of this with more interior space and more comfort if at all possible, and this time even a hybrid version will be offered.

BMW X3

The outgoing 2015 model is already a very good vehicle. The recently introduced updates actually make this car still on the market and present it as one of the more lucrative offerings. But with the BMW X3, they are trying to make the car as fail-safe as possible and they are trying to fix even the smallest details of the vehicle. One of the latest additions is the debut of a X3M40i model that will join the lineup of X3 vehicles in 2019.

With the latest batch of 2019 BMW X3 spy photos comes some more information about the car. The camouflage has been removed a little further and the car shows a little more. It is quite enough to make a review as the vehicle is slated for a release date next year.

Is there any news on a release date for the BMW X3?

Although the new images show more about the BMW X3, they can’t tell us when the exact release date will be. This is still left to speculation, but it’s close and we mean very close. The vehicle will likely make its debut next year, but it’s still hard to say when exactly they might release it for sale.

Will the price rise?

The BMW X3 price is sure to go up. This is a redesign, but a thorough one, so a price hike is due. The current range of cars starts with a base MSRP of €39,250 (Euros), while the top-priced model sells for €47,950 (Euros). As for the 2019 versions, we can expect another grand to be added to the overall price. The M versions of the car have also been mentioned, but they won’t appear in this one and will likely appear separately sometime after this one.

Redesign of the exterior

As the spy photos of the BMW X3 have been able to show, the vehicle will receive various improvements for the exterior. It is not so much a redesign as a little work being done, but it manages to benefit the models immensely. The front part continues to use the trademark kidney grille that has been a part of every BMW car so far and is used here. The headlights are slightly different and the entire front end looks a bit larger compared to the current car. The position of the LED strips is different and the halos around the lamps take on a completely different shape.

The side of the car showed some pretty interesting parts that have been redesigned. First of all, the character line is now completely straight and looks rather sophisticated. There are new creases that become sharper and the doors have a mirror effect that seems classy and interesting for the new car. The rear of the car does not show much change. While it is the least visible part of all the photos taken, it seems that the overall character has been toned down and that it mainly uses similar features compared to the current model. The dual exhaust is still used here.

There is still a lot to find out about the interior

The interior of the BMW X3 has been revealed, but many covers still obscure a larger portion of the car’s interior. When it comes to the changes, there seem to be a few, but the major ones will be revealed along the way. For now, it is certain that the car will get a new steering wheel and digital instrument cluster. The center console seems to be unchanged, but adds more sophistication and some chrome details. The gear lever and cup holders are moved a bit, providing more space for the car’s infotainment controls. A larger display for the infotainment is also expected and it seems that this could be the highlight of the interior for now. More changes are sure to come, but for now, these are the most obvious ones.

Many options for the drivetrain

While there are many possibilities for how the BMW X3 may drive in terms of powertrain, a lot is still to be decided. No official news is available at the moment, and all we can say is that engine choices will vary depending on the market they appear in. The model will be offered in both petrol and diesel variants, but the most important news is the plug-in hybrid version that is also making an appearance. This model uses a CLAR platform, which means we are likely looking at a larger engine option under the hood. The current model uses a turbocharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine that produces 240 hp, and a variant with a 3.0-liter displacement of 300 hp. There is the turbocharged 4-cyldiner diesel that can produce 180 hp.

0-62 mph per hour and maximum speed

Depending on which road they choose to drive their BMW X3 and its engine range, the car’s specifications will also be determined. Some say that an estimated acceleration for the 2019 versions could be around 6.2 seconds to reach 0-62 mph, while the top speed is 155 mph. The current range of cars offers a boost of 6.2 seconds for the 2.0-litre petrol version and 5.3 seconds for the 3.0-litre version, and both have a top speed of 130 mph.

Fuel consumption

It is not yet certain if the BMW X3’s fuel economy will change. The car is currently very fuel efficient, saving fuel and not using more than necessary. It would be interesting to see if they manage to get better results out of the car than they have so far. The smaller gasoline has a rating of 21 mpg city, 25 mpg highway and 24 mpg combined, while the larger goes up to 19/26/21 mpg.

Dimension and size

A redesign usually doesn’t come with updates in terms of size, and the same goes for the BMW X3. The previous model retained the size, and the new version carries over the specifications from the outgoing 2015 version, when the last update was implemented.

Security statistics

The new BMW X3 will take some time to produce the statistics on the safety of the car. But they will come immediately. No major announcements have been made regarding the impact of new safety features, so we firmly believe that the current alignment of the equipment will remain unchanged with a few small changes to the boat.

Rivals

The updated BMW X3 will give the competition something to think about at the same time. BMW is in a constant race with its rivals in all areas and cannot afford to be left behind. Cars like the Land Rover Evoque , Audi Q5 and Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class are direct competitors in the segment and will continue to drive the rivalry after the X3’s debut.
