Chevrolet Avalanche 2025: Price, consumption, picture, technical data.
The upcoming Chevrolet Avalanche is making a comeback. Once a very popular pickup truck, Avalanche was discounted in 2013 after 12 years of production. The last model shared its chassis and wheelbase with the Suburban SUV and Escalade EXT pickup. Recent reports strongly suggest a comeback.

Pick up Chevrolet Avalanche
Chevrolet will deliver a brand new model that will look very modern and premium. In addition, some rumors predict that Avalanche will compete in the luxury pickup segment. Some things are still a mystery, but Avalanche will certainly be an SUV-based pickup. It will use an independent rear suspension, and its performance should be impressive.
The new Chevrolet Avalanche will look modern and unique. Of course, Avalanche will borrow a few styling cues from Chevrolet’s line of SUVs and crossovers. Suburban and Tahoe models will have the biggest influence on the brand’s new pickup truck. At this moment, we have seen some renderings, while spy shots are not yet available. The render photos show a sporty appearance and stance of the Avalanche.
It looks good, especially with the dark gray accents on the front fascia. Chevrolet supplies a recognizable grille with standard LED headlights. The grille features a large “CHEVROLET” lettering. Similar styling cues can be found on the Colorado ZR2 Bison truck. Avalanche rides on standard 20-inch wheels and looks sleek.
Cabin offers a good level of comfort
The new Chevrolet Avalanche will arrive in a crew cab configuration. That means there will be room for six passengers. However, some other cab configurations could be on offer. Thanks to this, Avalanche could also arrive as a five-seater. Latest reports suggest a long bed made of a single panel. In addition, four trim levels should be on offer.
Avalanche offers easy customization and plenty of optional extras. The basic equipment offers a good level of comfort, but the top models offer real luxury. The interior is large and the cabin is practical. Finally, safety ratings will be impressive thanks to the latest driver assistance features.
The engine
The upcoming Chevrolet Avalanche will most likely offer two powertrain options. Developing a new engine is not an option, so Avalanche will borrow the existing engine from other brands’ models. A 5.3-liter V8 is the most likely option for a standard engine in the base trim. Optionally, a 6.2-liter V8 is an optional engine. The standard engine option produces 360 hp and 390 lb-ft of torque.
The optional powertrain makes 420 hp and 460 lb-ft of twisting power. A diesel option isn’t currently on the horizon. Additionally, a hybrid variant is unlikely to appear. Independent rear suspension is on offer, which is great. The Avalanche offers excellent ride quality, but off-road capability is limited.
Price and release date

We are waiting for Chevrolet to release more details about its new model. Some rumors suggest a premium price and Avalanche could compete in the luxury segment.
