Chevrolet Montana 2025: Price, consumption, picture, technical data.

The all-new Chevrolet Montana pickup truck is on the way. The first generation was produced between 2003 and 2010. The second generation Montana arrived in 2011 and in Mexico this pickup truck is known as the Chevrolet Tornado. The return of the Montana model means that some of the things will be carried over from the Tornado variant.

Pick up Montana

That includes a two-door version, but new reports suggest a four-door model as well. We don’t know that much about the Montana pickup, but the latest renderings have helped a lot. The powertrain is almost official and will be a GM’s small 1.4-liter turbocharged unit. Sales will begin next year, and Montana will arrive in South and Central America.

design

As we said, the new Chevrolet Montana should arrive with a two-door configuration. However, some reliable sources also suggest a four-door variant. It is important to say that the new Montana will not share anything with its predecessor.

The front end comes with a recognizable design. The same look can be found on the Chevrolet Blazer and Trailblazer models. The grille is divided into two sections. The upper part looks thinner, while the lower part looks wider.

The headlights are also thin and also aligned horizontally. The hood line looks very modern and the bumper is stylish. The two-tone wheels are a hint that you can find on the Trailblazer model. The rear is equipped with brand new taillights and looks modern. Montana will be a unibody pickup truck based on GEM architecture. The same platform underpins models like Chevrolet Equinox and Chevrolet Trailblazer .

Interior

Unfortunately, there is no word on the interior layout of the Chevrolet Montana. As far as we know, the next-generation Montana will be larger than its predecessor. That means customers should expect a spacious interior. Moreover, this includes both headroom and legroom.
If Chevrolet really decides to offer two-door and four-door configurations, customers should also expect different cabin setups. This will have a big impact on seating capacity and interior space. However, we cannot say anything about the interior design and its standard and optional features.

Drivetrain Technical Data

At least we are convinced that the GM’s 1.4-liter engine will power the new Chevrolet Montana. It is a turbocharged gasoline engine that also powers the Chevy Cruze model l. The powertrain can produce 153 hp. In addition, this engine can produce 177 lb-ft of torque. We hope for a six-speed automatic transmission.

However, the reality is that the Montana pickup will use a six-speed manual as a standard transmission. We are still waiting for Chevrolet to release the exact engine specifications so that we can calculate the towing capacity. Finally, some rumors write about a sport model that will arrive with different power and offer more performance.

Price and release date

The next-generation Chevrolet Montana will cost around €20,000 (Euro) or even less. This unibody pickup will compete with Ford Focus pickup and will be manufactured in US.

In addition, the new Montana will certainly reach the markets in South and Central America. On the other hand, an arrival in Europe is currently very unlikely.
