The vehicle will most likely be worth as much as the competing cars. Playing the nostalgia card here would not work as it may backfire, so doubling the price can have a bad effect on sales. All the renderings given show it will be updated to have smoother lines and a design that reminds us of some classier Ford cars. But it will also borrow heavily from some rivals. The best way to beat someone is to join them, and the Thunderbird will likely borrow the elements that most cars do now. We’ll likely get a sleeker design with rounded elements and parts that we’ll likely see for the front fascia. LED lights for the front and rear will be included and stylized accordingly.

We feel that the latter will not happen, but the former will not be the case either. The vehicle will most likely undergo some minor changes and it will not be kept at a length of 186.3 inches or a wheelbase of 107.2 inches that the last model had. Honestly, this model will change and provide some unique details about it.
Safety and protection
When it comes to the safety of the Ford Thunderbird, we expect them to add the latest technology that you are used to seeing in any other Ford model. This is a useful thing for the designers to do, as it is quite easy to simply transfer the most useful and best equipment to a new car. But we may see some new features that people expect from a personal luxury car. They may decide to update it quite a bit here.
What about the rivals?
The luxury segment has changed a lot and the launch of the Ford Thunderbird could put a dent in the models already established here. But it all depends on how they approach this idea.
