Powertrain options
The latest Honda Accord will also come in a few engine options. The base offering will be a 1.5-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that will make 174 hp and 162 lb-ft of torque. But there is also a higher and a more powerful option. This actually means that the 3.5-liter version of a V-6 engine will be replaced by a 2.0-liter turbocharged offering. The V-6’s output is currently measured at 278 hp, and we’re not sure how good the replacement will be. We’d rather they keep the current one, though.
