Honda Element 2025: Price, consumption, picture, technical data.

Although it’s been nearly a decade since we last saw the Element version, the small boxy crossover is still loved by many drivers who are eager to hear news about its potential comeback, and according to the latest reports, it could happen as early as next year.

SUV Element

The Honda Element has been the subject of rumors for a few years now, and it looks like something is happening. At this point, the exact details are yet to be revealed. Still, we can talk about some general things, like the overall design and powertrain.

However, remember that the company is still silent on this matter, so keep the following paragraphs with a reserve.

Redesign

Almost a decade has passed since the discontinuation of the previous model, so it’s hard to believe that the new Honda Element will have many similarities with the new original version. This is especially true in terms of mechanics. The new model would feature a chassis based on models such as the CR-V and HR-V , but we expect the basic design approach not to be much different compared to the first generation.

This particularly refers to the exterior design, which should be as boxy as the original model. This is simply the main character of this nameplate. We are talking about a crossover that is small and nimble, but also very cargo-friendly. This is something you can’t get from other models in the class, such a combination of practicality and pleasing aesthetics. The overall shape is similar to the original model, although the front end should feature elements of Honda’s latest design language.

Inner

When it comes to interior design, the first thing that comes to mind is practicality. Thanks to the boxy shape, there will be plenty of headroom, but more importantly, we can count on a generous cargo area. Speaking of cargo space, it won’t just be generous in cubic feet. Its boxy shape also makes it super friendly for bulky loads.

When it comes to comfort, we expect the dashboard to have a rather simplified layout. Nevertheless, there is no doubt that the overall quality will be quite high. In addition, we count on the latest tech extras that will make everything look more opulent. Of course, we count on a long list of standard features, not only in terms of infotainment technology, but also in terms of advanced safety and driver assistance systems.

Honda Element Engines

As for the powertrain, we have no doubt that the Honda Element will rely on the company’s tried and tested units. This may even include a good old 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine, although we expect the key unit for this model to be a newer generation 1.5-liter turbo-four found in the new CR-V. This model produces around 190 horsepower, which seems like a perfect measure for a vehicle like this.

Considering the unconventional design expected, there is a great chance of seeing various forms of electrification as well. This particularly refers to a hybrid model. We assume that this version would use the same system as the CR-V Hybrid. It is based on a 2.0-liter engine and produces around 212 hp. More details will be known in the near future.
