Hyundai Ioniq Electric 2025: Advanced Features and Modern Design.
New Hyundai Ioniq Electric with improved 38.3 kWh battery. It has 36% more energy storage capacity and an extended range of up to 294 km (WLTP). The vehicle is equipped with Blue Link® connectivity services and SmartSense ™ active safety and driver assistance systems. In addition, the exterior and interior design have been updated.
TRANSMISSION
The battery of the new Hyundai Ioniq Electric has been increased from 28 kWh to 38.3 kWh, allowing the driver to go even further without recharging. The vehicle can travel up to 294 km on a single charge according to the WLTP cycle. Its electric motor develops a maximum power of 136 hp. and a torque of 295 Nm and is equipped as standard with a 7.2 kW on-board charger (upgraded from the current 6.6 kW) for Type 2 AC chargers. With a 100 kW fast charging station, the battery can reach an 80% charge in just 54 minutes.
CONNECTION
The new IONIQ is equipped with a Hyundai Blue Link system connected to the vehicle, which allows Hyundai Ioniq Electric drivers to remotely start and stop, control the air conditioning and charging, lock or unlock the vehicle, beep or flash a light.
In addition to the standard Android Auto and Apple CarPlay also with the integrated basic system and additional new drivers for the multi-Bluetooth function, the new IONIQ can connect two phones at the same time to listen to music from each phone via Bluetooth streaming.
INNER
Beneath the new 10.25-inch AVN screen, the heating and air conditioning control panel has been redesigned and now features a sleek glossy finish. New touch-sensitive control buttons allow intuitive control of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. The standard 7-inch high-resolution LCD display on the Hyundai Ioniq Electric has been equipped with special backlights to visualize different themes in driving mode. To round off the improved contemporary interior design, the lower instrument panel on the passenger side and the center console are illuminated in blue.
LOOK
The front of the new Hyundai Ioniq Electric has been updated with a new signature pattern on the closed grille. It features a redesigned front bumper with silver trim at the bottom, as well as new anthracite on the rear bumper trim and front daytime running light bezels. The LED daytime running lights, as well as the newly introduced LED headlights and taillights, have been completely redesigned to make the IONIQ stand out at night.
SECURITY
The new IONIQ safety package includes forward collision warning, collision avoidance with pedestrian and cyclist detection, and driver alert. Lane departure warning and high beam assist are also standard. Optional lane tracking, which keeps the vehicle in the center of the lane so the driver can navigate safely even in heavy rush hour traffic, and intelligent speed limit warning, which uses the front camera and navigation information to identify road signs, and displays real-time speed limit and no-entry signs.
Intelligent Cruise Control with Stop & Go and Lead Vehicle Departure Alert uses a radar sensor to determine the distance to the vehicle ahead, maintaining a set distance to automatically stop and depart depending on road conditions. Additional options include blind collision warning and rear cross traffic alert.
