Jaguar E-Pace 2025: Price, consumption, picture, technical data.
It seems that the rumors of a Jaguar E-Pace have been all but confirmed. The car has already been seen in camouflage colors and is doing rounds. The numerous spy photos confirm this. This has been a desire of Jaguar for a long time as they have been looking for a car that sits below their F-Pace model.
Jaguar E-Pace
The baby F-Pace, as some are already calling it the E-Pace, was discussed like an Evoque vehicle, so people made a lot of mistakes at first, but this only confirms that the model will carry the underpinnings of the same platform and give the baby SUV those from the Evoque.
The E-Pace is still far from its release, but as the spy photos show, the model is pretty much finished and is getting closer to its production model. Even with the heavy camouflage and the fact that they decided to mask it as an Evoque, we are left with a lot of information that could give a clearer picture of the new Jaguar E-Pace. There are already a lot of leaks and news and it is enough to give us an idea of what the car will look like.
The best start is that the model combines the styling of the larger F-Pace and uses the older platform of the Evoque car to create the basis for the Jaguar E-Pace . Even with the older type of platform used here, the model can prove to be a great choice and hit the nail right on the head with their choice. That said, there are still some important design cues that will be added and made as time goes on and towards the end of the release date. Until then, however, you should check out the first Jaguar E-Pace review.
Design
The Jaguar E-Pace will lean heavily on the design of the larger Jaguar F-Pace model. At the front of the car, there is a similar grille, air dams, headlights and corner vents, with the main difference being that everything is made on a smaller scale. The body cladding is now applied to the lower part of the fascia with contrasting inserts in the parts of the corner vents. Some clean lenses are used for the daytime running lights, replacing the orange ones from before. The hood is also almost the same, but has more pronounced lines than before.
The side of the car has identical mirrors to the F-Pace model, but the fender vent is excluded. The sharp body lines of the F-Pace are also omitted here, but towards the lower part of the door, similar body lines will run between the front and rear wheel arches. The most important changes, however, have been saved for the rear of the car.
The stationary window behind the rear doors remains, but is smaller than before. It will be a full ten inches shorter than its bigger brother, the F-Pace. It will also come with new wraparound taillights, which will also be an inch or two shorter. The overhang on the tailgate remains, giving the car a sportier styling.
Interior Jaguar E-Pace
The interior of the Jaguar E-Pace will still need a lot of work. In fact, not many images of the interior are available, and the car has not yet released the offered look for the interior. Fortunately, a lot of information is already available that can give us an idea of how it will look. But the thing is certain that the model will have the same design as an Evoque model. Although the layout and base will be taken from the Evoque, it will of course use the details borrowed from the F-Pace.
Thus, the steering wheel, center console layout and instrument cluster will be the same as the Jaguar F-Pace and it will also feature a dual cockpit design. There will be a biased infotainment screen that makes up most of the car’s center stack. There will be a high-seated center console between the two front seats.
Engine power of the Jaguar E-Pace
There are several options available when choosing a powertrain for the Jaguar E-Pace. First, due to the underpinnings, it could only carry over the Evoque’s engine. This means using the inline four-cylinder engine that produces 240 horsepower and 250 pound-feet of torque. That’s actually not a bad idea, but Jag could also offer it with an updated version of that engine that gives it a boost of 255 or 260 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque. The European version will certainly come with some diesel options, such as the TD4 diesel that produces around 150 horsepower and 180 pound-feet.
Jaguar E-Pace release date and price
The Jaguar E-Pace is still a long way from its production and it may take a lot before it comes out. Since the car is called a model, it may be released late next year or at the beginning of the season. In fact, the price will be between €30,000 and €35,000 (Euro), so there is some good news since the pricing is almost known.
