Jeep Wagoneer und Jeep Grand Wagoneer 2025: Price, consumption, picture, technical data.
The United States introduced two large luxury SUVs – the Jeep Wagoneer and the Jeep Grand Wagoneer. Both models have a frame body structure and are technically unified with the Ram 1500 EV pickup truck . The novelties are one step above the Grand Cherokee L , surpassing it in dimensions and taking on the role of the brand’s flagships.

The new Jeep Wagoneer will compete with the Chevrolet Tahoe and Ford Expedition , while the more expensive Grand Wagoneer will compete with the Cadillac Escalade and Lincoln Navigator .
Design and dimensions
Externally, the SUVs of the Wagoner family are almost indistinguishable and also have the same body dimensions. The length of both versions is 5435 mm, width – 2123 mm, height – 1920 mm. The wheelbase is 3124 mm and the ground clearance is declared as 210 mm (in versions with air suspension it can reach 256 mm).
The appearance of both versions of the new Wagoneer clearly identifies them as Jeep models. The proprietary seven-part grille, to which the headlights are closely adjacent on the sides, leaves no room for doubt. This entire composition offers a visual similarity to the latest Grand Cherokee. However, the bumper is original to the Wagoneers, but the rear is flatter and equipped with a large rectangular tailgate.
The Grand range will have a special Obsidian design with black decorative elements – the grille and badges in Black Onyx, and the exterior mirrors and arch extensions in Gloss Black. The rims of such a car are also black and measure 22 inches. By the way, the standard versions are available with wheels with a diameter of 18 and 20 inches.
Options and equipment
The usual Jeep Wagoner has three rows of seats with seven or eight seats. With a 7-seater layout, instead of a one-piece sofa, two separate captain’s chairs are installed in the middle. The rear row of seats can accommodate three even very tall drivers. At the same time, a cargo space with a volume of 776 liters remains behind it.
The Jeep Wagoneer package includes LED optics, a 10.3-inch digital dashboard, a 10.1-inch UConnect 5 media center (Android, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, TomTom navigation, 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot for eight devices), ventilated front seats, three-zone climate control. The models also rely on a head-up display and acoustics McIntosh MX950 with 19 speakers.
Under the hood of the new Wagoneer, a gasoline-aspirated Hemi V8 5.7 was registered with an output of 397 hp. and 548 Nm. In addition, there is a 12-kilowatt starter generator and a lithium-ion battery for the hybrid system. The transmission is an 8-speed “automatic”, the drive is rear or full (several 4WD types are available).

The car with the Grand add-on is better equipped than the basic Wagoneer. The interior features better leather and wood/aluminum inlays. There are seven seats to begin with.
The information screens in the Grand are larger: the instrument panel is 12.3 inches, the multimedia system display is 12 inches. However, if desired, the car can be equipped with five more screens:
- 10.3 inches for the passenger;
- 10.3-inch at the bottom of the console for air conditioning and heating;
- Two 10.1 inches for second row passengers;
- 10.25 inches between the second row seats for climate control.
The equipment list of the Grand Wagoneer also includes front seats with 24 adjustment options and integrated massage function, a three-part panoramic roof, exclusive MX1375 Reference audio system with 23 speakers, adaptive cruise control Active Driving Assist with lane departure warning system, night vision system with detection of pedestrians and animals.
The engine of the Grand is different. It is also a naturally aspirated V8, but its volume is 6.4 liters and the power and torque are 477 hp and 617 Nm respectively. The engine works in conjunction with an 8-speed automatic transmission and a Quadra-Trac II four-wheel drive transmission with a two-speed transfer case. The model also has a Quadra-Lift air suspension with five body height settings: Normal Ride Height, Offroad 1, Offroad 2, Park Mode and Aero Mode.
The new Jeep Grand Wagoneer can tow a trailer weighing up to 4472 kg (a basic Wagoneer can tow up to 4535 kg). The trailer hitch launch assist makes hitching easier by displaying the image from the rearview camera from the desired angle on the central display.
Price
You can already order cars assembled in Michigan, but they will not arrive at American dealers until the summer of . For the Wagoneer model, you will have to pay at least €59,995 (Euro), the Grand Wagoneer version will be offered at a price of €88,995 (Euro). In the future, cars may come out of Europe.
