Lexus LC 500h 2025: Price, consumption, picture, technical data.

The new announcement concerns the realization of the Lexus LC 500h. Lexus dropped its LC 500 model for the first time this year and it was arguably one of the greatest releases we’ve seen already at the beginning of the year. But they didn’t stop there, as after this release, the LC F and LC 500 Convertible versions were also released. However, recently it was confirmed that we’ll also get a hybrid.

The prospect of a hybrid version is nothing new for Lexus. In fact, it will expand its hybrid range to seven offerings. What is surprising, however, is that this model is set to be the company’s first two-door vehicle with a blue badge on the nose.

The new two-door hybrid car is based on the LF-LC concept model that made its debut alongside the LF-FC, which was already unveiled at the Tokyo Auto Show. It’s a great prospect and we can see from the images released that this type of design looks good for the brand and represents great styling for the future of the brand.

Release Date Details

The model will be unveiled this year and we will see the Lexus LC 500h already on sale. The base version was unveiled at the Detroit Auto Show, but the hybrid model will be unveiled first at the Geneva Motor Show and will go on sale in late . The release date is set for fall and people will already be able to order their models.

What is the price of the Lexus LC 500h?

The new Lexus LC 500h will of course be more expensive than its base version. The first offer of around €100,000 (Euro) is expected to be made for this vehicle. However, confirmation of the exact figures will come soon.

What does the Lexus LC 500h look like?

The Lexus LC 500h will be identical to its base gasoline-powered model, but will feature some minor details that are only available on hybrid options. The blue badges at the front and rear help distinguish the hybrid version from the gasoline version, and the extra “h” in the badge, which stands for hybrid, will differentiate the base LC 500 and the LC 500h from each other.

Lexus wants to offer a model that is aggressive. However, since it is a hybrid model, they also want to make the design of the car as green as possible. Another difference is the wheels, which have a different design. The bold and muscular design is carried over from the base car and still has all the features. We mean the massive spindle grille, the redesigned headlights with the hockey stick-shaped LED daytime running lights, the large exhaust outlets and the wide rear fenders.

Interior

The same goes for the interior of the Lexus LC 500h. You’ll notice the two-tier dashboard, which is embedded with soft-touch surfaces and high-quality leather and Alcantara. Some minor changes from the standard model can be seen in the instrument cluster and the infotainment display. The former provides information about the battery, the latter provides information about the additional menus and options of the hybrid version.

The infotainment is complemented by an enhanced infotainment package, first seen in the LC 500 model, which offers us updated software and better graphics, as well as the option to combine the brand new Mark Levinson audio package.

Drivetrain and technical data

The new Lexus LC 500h also gets an all-new powertrain. This model is an all-new hybrid setup called the Multi Stage Hybrid System. It combines a 3.5-liter V6 gasoline engine, a very powerful electric motor, and a lithium-ion battery pack. However, some would say the surprising inclusion here is the four-speed automatic transmission mounted at the rear of the hybrid transmission. All in all, the setup manages to give us a total of 354 harrowers, 295 horsepower, and 257 pound-feet of twist from the V-6 engine.

0-100 mpg and top speed

This new model also offers excellent acceleration and people don’t have to take the Lexus LC 500h for granted. The car only needs about 5 seconds to reach 0-62 mph per hour, which is only half a second slower than the base version model. The use of the electronic engine only allows you to reach a top speed of 87 miles per hour.

Fuel consumption specification

Although the fuel economy specs are the most important factor of the Lexus LC 500h, Lexus is still very secretive about these numbers. They haven’t officially released the numbers yet, but luckily there are some close sources that estimate that the car will offer an EPA rating of 31 mpg city driving, 37 mpg highway, and a combined rating of 40 mpg. This makes it a competitive car in its segment.

Dimensions of the car

The dimensions of the Lexus LC 500h are also the same as the base gasoline model, with an overall length of 187.4 inches, a width of 75.6 inches, a height of 52.9 inches, and a wheelbase of 112.9 inches. The interior volume and cargo capacity are also the same.

What are the security specifications?

The Lexus LC 500h comes with some top-notch safety standards and it all starts with the Lexus’ new Safety System+. It offers a range of active safety features designed to prevent collisions and help in any traffic situation. It also offers a precision camera and millimeter wave radar, while pre-crash safety comes with lane departure warning for pedestrian detection, all-speed adaptive cruise control and automatic high beam headlights.

What competing models will the Lexus LC 500h face?

One of the most obvious rival models with the Lexus LC 500h is the BMW I8. This model is pretty close to the luxury and performance that the Lexus can also offer. It will undoubtedly be a close race between these two models as we will see how they compete against each other once the LC 500h is released.
