Lincoln Aviator 2025: Price, consumption, picture, technical data.

The new Aviator is one of the SUVs we would recommend to any buyer looking for a mid-size luxury model. Since the automaker decided to abandon its MK nomenclature, this nameplate came back into fashion. We can call it a baby navigator, but it also has unique details and accents.

SUV Aviator

The Lincoln Aviator also offers the Black Label Edition, but the Grand Touring is definitely the spotlight model in this lineup. The Hybrid Edition makes nearly 500 horsepower. Some drivers will find this too much, as well as the price.

The Lincoln Aviator offers four different trim levels and a powerful gasoline engine in addition to the PHEV configuration. Additional packages make the SUV even more comfortable and luxurious. Air suspension is also an option, but only if you get large rims.

Why buy Lincoln Aviator ?

Since the model is carried over, we can count on the same advantages that the SUV already offers. Still, the company will have to work on fixing the not too big shortcomings. For example, the third row is not so spacious. However, it is a general problem for mid-size SUVs that can only be solved by buying a full-size vehicle. Also, the price is not affordable. The Lincoln Aviator offers you a lot, but the automaker charges for it.

If you are looking for a powerful SUV, Aviator is the right choice. Both the petrol and hybrid versions consume a lot of energy for the vehicles of their size. Sporty handling and 10-speed automatic transmission are the great combination. Also, there are some driving modes that make the ride even more exciting. The luxury SUV proves expectations – it looks good and offers many features, including advanced safety systems – everything you need from such a model.

Technical data

Under the hood of the Lincoln Aviator is a 3.0-liter turbocharged engine that produces 400 horsepower. Compared to a larger Navigator, the midsize model drops by 50 horsepower. The larger sibling uses a 3.5-liter displacement, but similar twin-turbo configurations are exploited. A ten-speed automatic transmission transmits power to the rear wheels. Such a setup is good for 18/26 mpg in the city / highway. If you decide to install an all-wheel drive, fuel consumption drops to 17/24 mpg. The SUV offers several driving modes: Normal, Exciting for a sportier ride, Slippery for wet road conditions and Low – excellent for off-road driving.

The Grand Touring trim level comes with a plug-in hybrid setup. The same gasoline unit is the main power source, and electric motors boost performance. Net output is 495 hp and the engine develops 600 lb-ft of twist.

Why is the Lincoln Aviator so expensive?

The base price for the Lincoln Aviator is $51,000 before destination fee. That’s the cost of the standard entry-level package, which comes with tri-zone climate control and the Co-Pilot360 safety system. The Plus version comes with the Reserve model, which also includes a gasoline engine. For €5,000 (euro) more splash, you also get quad-zone climate, 14-speaker Revel audio, and leather upholstery. Design, buyers will find 20-inch wheels. With an AWD, the Reserve package hurts $60,000.

Still, that’s nothing compared to the Lincoln Aviator Grand Touring. The PHEV engine already makes it advanced. The base price starts at €70,000 (Euros). The hybrid engine will somehow make up for it with 30/34 mpg. The panoramic sunroof sets it apart from other versions, while adaptive steering is also standard.

Lincoln Aviator Black Label

As with all other Lincoln vehicles, the Black Label is the most exclusive version. There are three unique interior themes for the Aviator. Revel adds a total of 28 speakers to the audio system. Buyers can choose between engines. The hybrid version uses 21-inch wheels and air suspension, while the gasoline configuration includes 22-inch rims. Available themes for the Lincoln Aviator Black Label are Chalet, Destination and Flight. Each of these will decorate the interior in a unique way and the price is the same. Without upgrades, the SUV costs just under €80,000 (Euro), while the PHEV system adds almost €10,000 (Euro).

Additional packages, colors

Black Label is a unique build that doesn’t offer too many options. However, all other trims could be further tuned. For example, the Lincoln Aviator Grand Touring also offers two higher bundles with larger wheels, ventilated seats, or a convenience package. The Reserve model can enhance the look with a sunroof and a Class IV tow kit.

Aviator offers many color options. Even the standard model comes with ten different colors. Infinite Black, Magnetic Grey, Silver Radiance and Blue Diamond are free, while for Iced Mocha, Crystal Copper, Ceramic Pearl, Burgundy Velvet, Pristine White or Red Carpet you have to pay €700 (Euro).
