SEAT Cupra Born 2025: Price, consumption, picture, technical data.
Volkswagen has announced the market launch of the new electric vehicle SEAT Cupra Born . The novelty is based on the electric Volkswagen ID.3, which has been produced since the end of 2019 .

The Cupra Born differs from the ID.3 in the “pointed” shape of the hood, other LED optics with sharper edges, a larger air intake, 20-inch wheels, a diffuser and triangular taillights connected by a horizontal light strip.
Design
Nevertheless, the production version of the Cupr el-Born is different, the designers redesigned the front of the electric car, added massive air intakes and, of course, the company emblem at the beginning of the hood. After the external changes, the interior of the Cupra el-Born was revised. Both individual design details and the decorative part as a whole have changed.
The interior is designed in the style of the Cupra company. Sports seats (buckets) are installed in the front, and not only function buttons are placed on the steering wheel, but also the suspension mode of the electric vehicle (selection of the driving mode) is controlled. The upholstery is of high quality, made of expensive materials, and the company also clarified that materials from recycling are used.
Technical characteristics
The manufacturer’s main focus is on the technical and dynamic characteristics of Cupra el-Born. According to available data, an electric car can accelerate from 0 to 50 km/h in 2.9 seconds. The basis for the new hatchback was the MEB platform, paired with the DCCS (Dynamic Chassis Control Sport) system. The peculiarity of the system is that it can automatically adjust the parameters of the electric vehicle to any movement conditions.
Engine and performance
The electric SEAT Cupra Born is available with a 110 kW (148 hp) electric motor and 310 Nm of torque, powered by a 45 kWh battery and a range of up to 340 km on a single charge. Also, the car is offered with an electric motor with an output of 148 kW (201 hp) and at the same time 310 Nm, a battery – 58 kW * h, a power reserve of 420 km.

Prices for the electric SEAT Cupra Born have yet to be announced. Production of the model will start in September .
